Warranty & Terms

Our device definitions:

Brand New:
These devices are brand new and sealed. They may be returned within 28 days for a full refund if you change your mind provided the original box is sealed, unused and including all contents. These come with 12 months warranty as standard. After 28 days and within 12 months if your product develops a fault it will be repaired or replaced.

Good as New:
These devices are what it says: good as new. These are in great condition and will have had very little use, often coming with the original box and or original protective film(s). These come with 12 months warranty as standard.

Ex Corporate:
These devices are designed with business in mind. They are often much more expensive than consumer devices when new and have build quality and durability to match. These are generally ex business lease devices purchased by us, tested and refurbished to a high standard. These come with 3 to 12 months warranty.

Refurbished:
These are good quality pre-owned devices that are tested and refurbished to a high standard. These come with 3 to 12 months warranty.

If your device develops a fault: All Brand New devices have 12 months warranty. If an item is found to be faulty it can be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Outside of 28 days and within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced.

Good as new, Ex Corporate and Refurbished items found to be faulty can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Outside of 14 days and within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced.

We do not accept returns of Good as new, Ex Corporate and Refurbished items if you change your mind.

What’s covered:
Hardware failure of the device.

What’s not covered:
Accidental damage i.e. smashed screen, damaged power socket, liquid damage.

Software problems:
Software faults like virus’s and malware or problems with the operating system are not covered by the warranty.

Battery definition:
Batteries on Brand New and Good as New devices are warrantied against total failure for the duration of the warranty. However, batteries are consumable items which degrade over time and need replacing from time to time like in a car or a mobile phone. The warranty does not cover diminishing battery life over time, Batteries are warrantied against total failure for the first 14 days only.. Ex Corporate and Refurbished devices batteries are tested and last a minimum of half an hour playing full screen video from fully charged with most batteries lasting much longer.

Warranty upgrades can only be purchased at point of sale and cannot be purchased retrospectively.
